Cardiff City Football Club are looking to recruit the most exciting players across Wales and England.

 

In line with the Football Club philosophy players will be encouraged to play throughout all outfield positions during the inter-mural games nights when aged between 7 and 11 . This practice mirrors that applied within the Academy.

 

Cardiff City Football Club Academy endeavour to recruit and develop players who are curious, creative, intelligent and mentally resilient. Players who understand their roles and responsibilities within the team and within the football club.

 

Cardiff City players must be technically efficient passers of the ball who are expressive, 1v1  dominant, can beat  opposition players with and without the ball and are comfortable in possession.
